About Us: Thompson Industrial, a leading provider of industrial services, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their district operations as a District Manager. This key role will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the district.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled professionals to drive business results and achieve operational excellence.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Optimize Operations: Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Regional Budgets: Develop and manage regional budgets to ensure alignment with corporate targets and goals.
  • Monitor Business Intelligence: Analyze and interpret business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Prepare Business Reports: Develop and present business reports to senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Manage Regional Performance: Monitor and manage the performance of all branches within the region to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Direct and Optimize Resources: Direct and optimize the utilization of personnel, equipment, tools, and inventory to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead Manpower Planning: Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business results.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to travel to various locations within the region.
