About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Traveland RV Supercentres. As an RV Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized sales support to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our extensive range of RVs, including new and used models, and be able to provide detailed information to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales team members and dealership staff to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a plus.
