About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling recreational vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our RV inventory, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
  • Dealership Sales Process: Understand and implement our sales process to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.
  • Inventory Presentation: Present and demonstrate our RV inventory to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit.
  • Monthly Planning: Prepare and review monthly sales plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Professional Development: Remain current on market trends, products, and certification requirements to stay ahead in the industry.
  • CRM Utilization: Effectively use our Customer Management System (CRM) to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and analyze sales data.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and stay up-to-date on RV products, features, and benefits.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
