Job Summary:

The Brick is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to drive sales and meet sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to learn new computer applications
  • Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
  • A flexible and comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental and Paramedical Services for you and your family
