Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ROAD PASS DRIVING SCHOOL. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Manage and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service.
  • Conduct performance reviews and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Reliability and dependability.
Working Conditions:
