Job Title: Intermediate/Senior Property Field Adjuster, Full-Time
About the Role:
The Independent Adjuster plays a crucial role in adjusting claims while maximizing business development opportunities. This involves marketing and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner. The profile duties require extremely well-honed organizational skills to complete day-to-day activities while allowing efficient and effective progress of file management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adjust claims while ensuring business development opportunities are maximized
- Market and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner
- Manage files and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Access to an appropriate vehicle
- Full driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Adjuster's license, or currently pursuing CIP designation
