About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for adjusting claims while ensuring business development opportunities are maximized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Market and follow up on business development opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior executives and business development staff to drive claims load
  • Work in a hybrid environment with access to industry-leading software
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in claims adjusting
  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
  • Adjuster's license or currently pursuing CIP designation
  • Access to an appropriate vehicle and full driver's license
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
