We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Leader at BELL 720 RESTAURANT. This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

This role is responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the culinary team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes;
  2. Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary supplies are ordered and maintained;
  3. Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food;
  4. Train and develop junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles;
  5. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to meet health and safety standards;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 months' experience in a similar culinary leadership position;
  • An excellent understanding of menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide your team;
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality food products;
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and strong smells. You will be required to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
