**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced District Manager to lead our operations in the district. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing production, minimizing costs, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to store managers in all aspects of operations, including resolving customer complaints and identifying new opportunities in the marketplace.
- Operational Management: Manage the operations of the district, including ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing operational reporting and recommendations to senior management.
- Customer Service: Ensure customer service levels are consistent across all business units within the district, and act as a liaison between Corporate and the district.
- Financial Management: Manage the regional budget to ensure each business unit operates within the budget, and monitor each business unit's P&L reports.
- Strategic Planning: Identify new opportunities in the marketplace and develop strategies to meet these opportunities, and support corporate policies and initiatives.
- Communication: Communicate guidelines (rules and regulations) within the district, and communicate with executive leadership regarding business performance, challenges, opportunities, and other relevant information.
**Requirements**
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in the environmental services industry or a similar field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
