As a Business Strategy Director or Creative Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Supporting Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and publish content for TikTok's B2B channels, including newsletters, case studies, social media, and publications

Leading Campaign Measurement: Develop and execute post-campaign and event measurement strategies to track business impact, identify key learnings, and provide optimization recommendations

Sales Support: Work closely with sales teams to support external relationships with key clients who are executing programs and campaigns

Editorial Calendar Management: Develop and manage a B2B marcomms editorial calendar to organize and guide all internal and external communications that activate brand narratives through a mix of content, partnerships, and campaigns

Content Analysis and Optimization: Analyze content performance data to inform ways to optimize and innovate new formats

Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department, including status documents, internal outreach, sales trackers, customized sales tool kits, deck builds, and communication updates

Partnership Building: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional partners within GBS, GBM, and XFN internally

Internal Communications: Create and distribute internal communications, including bi-weekly newsletters and team updates for the organization

Event Execution: Support cross-functional teams for the execution of go-to-market programs, including hosting kick-off calls, managing workback schedules, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met to execute with excellence

Payable Management: Manage all payable needs for the department, including invoicing, billing, and contract deadlines

Minimum Qualifications include:

5+ Years of Experience: In partnerships, media, advertising, tech, and/or marketing

Creative and Analytical Thinking: A balance of creative and analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to drive decision-making

Proven Track Record: A proven ability to deliver creative and effective campaigns from concept to completion

Excellent Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives with shifting priorities while adhering to tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications include:

Always Day 1 Mentality: A willingness to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and technology

Natural Curiosity: A natural curiosity for the media and entertainment industry, with a passion for content creation and storytelling

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The salary range is competitive and commensurate with industry standards.
