At ISG Search Inc, we are seeking a skilled Digital Technology Strategy Director to drive innovation and connect business goals with impactful tech solutions. As a strategic leader with strong consulting, relationship-building, and technology skills, you will lead technology strategy development to enhance customer engagement.

This role requires a strong understanding of technologies and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply, influencing decision-makers. You will be responsible for developing structured solutions to unstructured business challenges, creating technology strategies that deliver real value. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy & Problem-Solving: Develop and implement technology strategies that meet business needs, guide cross-functional teams to execute solutions, and measure their effectiveness.
  • Customer Success & Partnership: Foster relationships with business teams, understand their requirements, and suggest tech solutions that align with their strategies, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Tech Roadmapping: Identify emerging tech opportunities, partner with business leaders, and map technology solutions to strategic business goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in tech-driven roles with management consulting or business tech strategy expertise;
  • A broad understanding of various technologies;
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence decision-makers;
  • A proven track record in customer success, business engagement, and innovation.

With an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on your location and experience, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team at ISG Search Inc and drive technological advancements while delivering value to clients.
