Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our sales team in building strong relationships with business clients and negotiating sales contracts.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and staff management. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to inform product development and marketing initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and customer-facing teams
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Providing coaching and guidance to sales staff to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed
In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes
