Baker - Pastry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Drumroaster Coffee. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery as needed to support baking and food preparation.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a fast-paced bakery environment.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, reliable, and a team player.

- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
