Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Jardin Scarpro Inc. as a Wholesale Establishment Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail establishment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more or equivalent experience
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
