Job Title: Senior Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Jardin Scarpro Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective retail operations.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal performance.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in retail operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
