Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Jardin Scarpro Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, planning and organizing daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold
  • Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • 16-20 years of experience in retail management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
