Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Jardin Scarpro Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including supervising staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff and managing inventory.
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling staff and managing resources.
  • Manage staff and assign duties, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, including managing cash flow and making financial decisions.
  • Determine staffing requirements and make recommendations for hiring and training.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in retail management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
