Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Jardin Scarpro Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including evaluating and planning daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, and resolving issues that may arise.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in retail management.
- Language: Fluency in French.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
