Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Broker to join our team at the Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan. As a key member of our Home & Auto Service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our high-value clients and strategic accounts.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our exclusive VIP accounts, providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs. You will also resolve challenges proactively, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing and resolving any product or service issues with creative, thoughtful solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with high-value clients and strategic accounts.
  2. Insurance Solutions: Offer tailored insurance solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
  3. Issue Resolution: Resolve challenges proactively, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing and resolving any product or service issues.
Requirements
  • RIBO License: Must have a RIBO license or a commitment to obtain one.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal lines automobile and property insurance.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in French and English is required.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
