Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Drummondville, Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and quality control skills, with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

The Fabrication Specialist will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Inspect and prepare materials for fabrication.
• Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc).
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.

• Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship.
• Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, CWB).
• Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
