At FedEx Canada, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations by ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of freight, scanning, and sorting within our facilities.

Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (desired)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with proper equipment

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Loading and unloading freight accurately and efficiently
  2. Scanning and sorting freight within the facility
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  4. Complying with all safety protocols and procedures

In addition to these key responsibilities, this role also involves working varying shifts based on business needs. If you reside in the province of Quebec, fluency in both English and French is required.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $19.16 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
