Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Site Management
    • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of construction professionals, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure all construction work meets the highest quality standards.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality issues.
