Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at JAKU CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Recruit, hire, and train workers as needed to meet project demands.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including production and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and prepare bids for new projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 32 to 35 hour workweek. The work language is English.
