Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Set up equipment and ensure it is properly maintained.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Recommend personnel actions to management.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
Work Environment:
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Work in a noisy environment.
Work Setting:
  • Construction site.
Work Language:
  • English.
Work Hours:
  • 32 to 35 hours per week.
