Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Supervisor to join our team at JAKU CONSTRUCTION. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, preparing production and other reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.


Key Responsibilities


• Supervise a team of construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality results.
• Prepare and submit production and other reports to management.
• Recruit, hire, and train workers, as well as carry out related staffing actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.


Requirements


• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Ability to work outdoors in noisy environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.


Work Environment


• Outdoors, with potential exposure to noise and weather conditions.
• Construction site environment, with exposure to heavy machinery and equipment.


Work Setting


• Permanent, full-time position.
• 32 to 35 hours per week, with occasional overtime.
• English-speaking work environment.
