Job Title: General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at JAKU CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Recruit and Hire Workers: Identify and recruit skilled workers to join our team, and oversee the hiring process.
  • Train or Arrange for Training: Provide training and development opportunities for our workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on project progress, including production and other reports.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Conduct thorough estimates of costs and materials required for each project.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on our construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Site Environment: Outdoors, noisy.
  • Work Setting: Construction.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 32 to 35 hours per week.
