About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team at Clarion Medical Technologies Inc. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support product launches and portfolio management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence and develop strategic marketing programs
  • Provide executive summary reports, competitive analysis, and ROI for all marketing projects
  • Conduct ongoing customer, market, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain all marketing collateral for the portfolio, including product information sheets, case studies, and sales tools
  • Manage product collateral portfolio through SharePoint and customer portal
  • Develop expert knowledge of products in the assigned portfolio and serve as an information resource to sales and internal teams
  • Liaise with suppliers to gather marketing collateral and monitor supplier portals for product and sales tools
  • Assist with product launch process and assist with go-to-market plan for new products
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in Marketing, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Superior organizational ability with extreme attention to detail
  • Demonstrated creativity, situation analysis/problem solving skills, and analytical skills
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and numerical analysis
  • Adobe experience
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bilingual would be an asset but not a requirement
