Restaurant Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 10467235 CANADA INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities**

* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintained in the workplace
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
* Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation

**Requirements**

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Permanent employment
* English language proficiency
* 35 to 40 hours of work per week
