Our Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Performance Manager to join our team in the Durham region and Barrie. As a key partner and consultant for our restaurants, you will work closely with Owners and Managers to drive business growth, improve operating results, and ensure compliance with business and operating standards. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze restaurant performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance overall results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business consulting and coaching to Owners and Managers on restaurant operations, financial performance, and business development.
- Review and analyze restaurant operating reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing solutions to strengthen performance.
- Conduct regular financial reviews with Owners and Managers, focusing on profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives, such as product launches, technology upgrades, and marketing campaigns.
- Represent the Tim Hortons brand as a business ambassador, promoting our values and standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of operational experience with P&L responsibility, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
- University degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen, financial analysis skills, and business development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with Owners, Managers, and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop solutions to drive business growth.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
