Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Developer to join our dynamic team at the KPMG Gen AI Innovation Delivery Centre. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions using cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

You will collaborate with software developers to build and deploy applications, automate the build, test, and deployment process, manage and maintain version control systems, and set up and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the performance and availability of systems and applications, troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise during development and deployment, and providing technical support for application deployments and issues in production environments.

You will also work with key stakeholders, partners, and customers in multiple areas, collaborating on projects that require innovative solutions and strong technical expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience implementing DevOps solutions
  • Experience with automation tools, such as Azure DevOps and GitHub
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language, including C#, Java, or Python
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies, including Docker
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Azure and AWS
  • Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools, such as Terraform
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
