Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Team Lead to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales, profitability, and operational goals of the store by guiding the hourly associates in the day-to-day procedures to best drive the store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve excellent customer service and maximize sales.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales associates on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and established policies and procedures.
  • Assist with staffing and labor cost control standards and effectively maintain same.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve problems to restore and promote good public relations.
  • Use selling techniques such as add-on sales and describing technical information to customers to enhance salesmanship and reach store and position sales goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements:

  • Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Three to six months' retail experience is preferred.
