Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Team Lead to join our adidas team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store environment that promotes a culture of consumer centricity
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and effective implementation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree and 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 12 kg and stand for long periods
