About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Toronto. As a trusted business partner to operational leadership, you will be responsible for executing the organization's HR strategy, key projects, and initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, and recruitment.

This is a hybrid role, with the need to be on-site at least 2 days a week. Array provides full PPE to all employees and has implemented recommended health guidelines, including social distancing measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement human resources programs and provide HR services within our Toronto operations.
  • Own special projects from end-to-end, setting and meeting deliverables and timelines.
  • Build relationships with employees and managers, fostering an open door policy and approachable manner.
  • Be the subject matter expert on human resources processes, programs, and policies aligned with corporate goals and employment legislation.
  • Manage employee issues, investigating and resolving complaints, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive employee relations experience, with a track record of providing HR advice and solutions to leaders and individuals.
  • Hands-on HR knowledge, including operations, employee engagement, performance management, change management, career development, compensation, employment law, and other compliance matters.
  • Collaboration skills, with outstanding verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset, with evidence-based decision-making abilities and the ability to research and analyze data.
  • Drive, with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience using an HRIS.
