About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Flynn Group of Companies. As a key member of our Service Department, you will act as a liaison between our Strategic Clients and our internal teams, providing exceptional service and support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of incoming requests from clients electronically and/or by telephone
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and meet client timeframes
  • Communicate with clients through various channels, including online portals
  • Coordinate with internal Service Departments across Canada and the US
  • Identify and resolve problems using ethical procedures and professional judgment
  • Escalate requests and unresolved issues to designated resources as required
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow communication procedures
  • Provide accurate invoicing to clients and identify discrepancies between contract amounts and invoice amounts

Requirements
  • 3+ years of related Customer Service experience
  • Post-secondary education is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in database and reporting tools
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proactive approach to anticipate tasks and challenges
Location and Employment Type

This role is based in Mississauga, ON and is a full-time, office-based position with a salary.
