We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2744050 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants.
- Menu Planning and Inventory: Plan and implement menu items, manage inventory, and ensure that food and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure that customer feedback is addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all food service operations are in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding.
