Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Prime Properties Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and colleagues.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Develop and maintain accurate manual and computerized filing systems.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision.
- Mastery of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in repetitive tasks and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
- Flexible and team-oriented with a strong client focus.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
