Executive Chef for a Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality food is prepared and served to our customers.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
- Staff Training: Train junior staff members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Sourcing and Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment while maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including workflow and efficiency improvements.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary certification or degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing, lifting, and bending.
