The Sales Coordinator role at Wella is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the sales team in various capacities. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, this individual will be responsible for managing daily and monthly sales reports, tracking consumption data, and gathering new account information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team by providing accurate and timely completion of various customer forms and projects
  • Work closely with National Account Managers to ensure seamless execution of tasks and meetings
  • Run daily and monthly sales reports, creating additional reports as needed to drive business growth
  • Collect, track, and analyze consumption data to inform sales strategies
  • Gather new account information to populate PowerPoint templates for NA team sharing
  • Verify distribution centre inventory levels for certain products
  • Complete, submit, and track Non-Revenue Orders
  • Assist with event coordination, including ordering items and assembling gift bags, venue bookings, and invitation management
  • Manage P-card for business-related expenses, such as meeting/event bookings and DSC incentives
  • Bld positive working relationships with assigned accounts through regular virtual touch points, tracking and submitting their POs
  • Utilize MyData to gain insights and ensure growth of Wella brands, deploying promotions and new initiatives accordingly
  • Support office and studio needs, including receptionist duties, shipping, and office supply replenishment

This role requires proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, BW, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent reporting and organizational skills, flexibility, and high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
