Job Title: Senior Operations Administrative Specialist

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Administrative Specialist to join our team at Cadillac Fairview. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads on Capital and OpEx projects by leading Purchasing Order (PO) creation;
  • Process all departmental invoices via CF Exchange and manual entry into Yardi;
  • Verify accurate coding and approve payments in accordance with company policies and procedures;
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues that may arise;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
