Nous recherchons un Data Governance and Strategy Specialist pour rejoindre notre équipe de Transformation numérique et TI, basée à Montréal. Cette équipe intervient auprès d'organisations issues de divers secteurs (nergie, public / parapublic, industrie, banque, ...) pour les accompagner dans leurs enjeux liés aux données et au virage numérique.

En tant que Data Governance and Strategy Specialist, vous serez chargé de contribuer au développement des stratégies globales de gouvernance des données, en aidant à l'élaboration de politiques directrices et de modèles opérationnels de gestion des données, ainsi qu'en participant à la mise en place d'un dispositif de coordination et de surveillance dédié à la donnée.

Vous collaborerez au développement de la valorisation des données en participant à la définition des cas d'utilisation, des objectifs et d'une feuille de route. Cela implique également de prendre part à la création de contenu destiné aux ventes et aux propositions.

Vos missions incluront :

  1. Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de données à l'échelle de l'organisation ;
  2. Développer et mettre en œuvre des bonnes pratiques visant à améliorer la gestion, la livraison et les opérations liées aux données ;
  3. Participer à la définition d'objectifs clairs pour l'exploitation des données afin de contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques ;
  4. Établir une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes, en sensibilisant et en responsabilisant les collaborateurs quant à l'utilisation des données ;
  5. Contribuer à la définition d'offres et la création de contenu marketing pour développer le chiffre d'affaires.

Ressources humaines requises

Pour occuper ce poste, vous devez justifier idéalement de 2 à 3 années expérience réussie comme Product Owner ou sur des projets de transformation data. Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation universitaire en Intelligence d'affaires, informatique ou dans toute autre discipline connexe.

Vous avez une sensibilité prononcée sur les nouvelles technologies, tendances et transformations sur le marché de la data. Une certification DAMA est un atout.

Vous êtes doté(e) d'une curiosité intellectuelle, d'une capacité à travailler en équipe, d'une ouverture d'esprit, d'un sens de l'analyse et vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel motivant où vous partagerez les valeurs que sont l'excellence, l'entrepreneuriat, l'innovation, la culture du partage, la bienveillance, l'équilibre vie personnelle / vie professionnelle.

Français, anglais professionnel courant indispensables.

Nous proposons un salaire estimé entre 60 000 $ et 80 000 $ par an, selon votre expérience et vos compétences. Ce poste est basé à Montréal (Vieux-Port). Station de métro Square-Victoria.
