Mechanical Assembly Specialist

Eaton's Milton Plant is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will interpret manufacturing information documents and use hand and power tools to assemble, fit, and install prefabricated parts or modify basic components, sub-assemblies, and structures.
About the Role- Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced industrial environment assembling site-specific product lines.
- You will be responsible for interpreting manufacturing information documents to complete tasks efficiently.
- Utilizing hand and power tools, you will ensure accurate assembly of prefabricated parts and modify basic components as needed.
You will be required to:
- Assemble and install prefabricated parts according to specifications.
- Modify basic components, sub-assemblies, and structures using hand and power tools.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet productivity and quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of mechanical assembly principles and practices.
- The ability to read and interpret manufacturing information documents.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Location and ScheduleThis position is based at our Industrial Drive Milton location and operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
