Business Development Representative

About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Western Financial Group, you will play a critical role in driving new business and revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize our internal database to pipeline leads and drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize internal database to pipeline leads and drive new business opportunities
- Contact approximately 100 leads per day for sales qualifying calls to identify potential customers and pass qualified leads on to the next stage of the sales process
- Collect client information to ensure their eligibility for various programs and document carefully to ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Representatives
- Contribute to overall strategy by providing status updates to leadership regarding wins, challenges, and opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Demonstrate exemplary communication skills by easily building rapport with new clients and effectively gathering and sharing information
- Excellent note-taking and clear documentation skills
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required
