Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Conexiom. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in generating and qualifying new business leads, building relationships with corporate executives, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively seek out and engage with new leads through phone, email, and social channels to attract new customers to Conexiom.
- Research leads to better convey how Conexiom can help them, personalizing outreach messaging.
- Pre-qualify new opportunities by assessing mutual interest and purchasing power.
- Develop and run pipeline activity against assigned quotas.
- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, new technologies, and competitors.
- Strong intellectual and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to leverage relationships and proven sales techniques for success.
- Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent presentation and closing skills.
- Experience with outreach such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
This role is eligible for a $60,000 base salary and variable compensation with first year on target earnings of $100,000 CAD. Our BDRs have specific metrics that determine performance, with daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in this role.
