Credit Risk Analyst

Societe Generale is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our Global Banking and Advisory team. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in assessing the creditworthiness of corporate counterparties and providing recommendations for credit limits, terms, and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality credit applications and annual reviews of corporate counterparties, analyzing financial statements, credit risk, and industry dynamics.
- Develop financial projections and determine debt repayment capability, ensuring compliance with Societe Generale's credit policies.
- Propose and update Obligor Risk Ratings, monitoring compliance with covenants and reviewing legal documentation.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including business lines, bankers, legal, and compliance.
- 4+ years of experience as a credit analyst in a corporate and investment banking entity or related field.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
