About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to join our team at 10tation Event Catering. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators to deliver tailored catering solutions for corporate events, weddings, and other functions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced catering environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and motivate staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Degree or certification in culinary arts, or equivalent experience.
