Role Overview

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven sales professional to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of business needs and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing a defined target market.
  2. Manage the sales process, including lead generation, appointment scheduling, and proposal creation.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets, working within a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  5. Utilize our CRM system to track customer information and sales performance.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the building services, office services, or office supplies industry.
  2. Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Organized and able to move clients through the sales process.
  4. Experience with short sales cycles and strong closing skills.
  5. Proficient in CRM systems.
  6. Prior sales training preferred.
  7. Outgoing and dynamic personality, with excellent communication skills.
  8. Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook.
