About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Data Strategist Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and working closely with senior leadership to drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence will be essential in identifying opportunities and threats within the industry.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, managing teams, and working with senior leadership. They will also possess strong data analysis skills, financial acumen, and excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Additionally, they will have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and influence senior executives.
Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, corporate development, or a related field
- Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives, managing teams, and working with senior leadership
- Strong data analysis skills and financial acumen
- Expertise in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives
