Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at The Leadership Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring their success with our cutting-edge banking solutions.
Salary$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionYour Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients by guiding them through the setup and implementation process.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and feedback.
- Proactively upsell customers to maximize revenue potential during the onboarding phase.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide exceptional service and support.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferably).
- Has proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or a similar role within a startup space (bonus points if it's in FinTech).
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Is detail-oriented and organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Has proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Achieves a high level of eagerness to learn, develop, and actively contribute in a collaborative team setting.
