Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at The Leadership Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring their success with our cutting-edge banking solutions.

Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients by guiding them through the setup and implementation process.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and feedback.
  • Proactively upsell customers to maximize revenue potential during the onboarding phase.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide exceptional service and support.
Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferably).
  • Has proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or a similar role within a startup space (bonus points if it's in FinTech).
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
  • Is detail-oriented and organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Achieves a high level of eagerness to learn, develop, and actively contribute in a collaborative team setting.
