**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze budget to boost and maintain the store's profits
* Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, and supplies
* Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed
* Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the store budget
* Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and inventory management
* Train staff and conduct performance reviews
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
* Provide exceptional customer service

**Requirements**

* Education: College/CEGEP
* Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
* Bondable
* Repetitive tasks
* Attention to detail
* Flexibility
* Team player
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 35 hours per week
