Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Inventory and Budgets: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of our restaurant.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Ensure a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to our health and safety policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
